Formlabs- USER TESTING: Fuse 1 Ecosystem

As a member of the product team at Formlabs, I developed the early user testing program for the Fuse 1 Ecosystem (Fuse 1 SLS printer and Sift post-processing station). This included performing ongoing user tests, synthesizing insights on usability, ergonomics, and human factors before presenting those results to engineering and industrial design teams. This early user testing program was deemed so valuable that Formlabs decided they needed to fully staff a full-time User Research team. 

The Fuse 1 Ecosystem received a ‘Notable Commercial Equipment Award’ in the Core77 Design Awards for 2021
